* Enable/Disable increased damage for bolt-action or all snipers 
* Handicap: If a player joins in the middle of the game he is auto leveled to the level of the worst player 
* Customizable weapon sequence

* New Killing Spree notifications 
* Multi kill sounds 
* New Message Center 
* Welcome Messages 
* Server Map Rotation if empty
